Gajar halva (without grating)?

Winter is almost over and still red carrots are available in the market so I decided to make this delicious treat ~ ‘Gajar ka Halwa’ ? and goodbye winter??
In fact I prepared it several times during the season but today I found an easier way?
No more hard work is required to prepare this because it is my Aunt’s recipe without grating carrots and I assure you, that you will not be compromising on the taste. It is as delicious as the halva by traditional way cooked.

That too with all the ingredients available in your kitchen

Recipe~
?Firstly, peel the carrots and cut into big pieces.
? Take a cooker, heat ghee add carrots and sauté until it changes colour
?Pour milk and give a good stir. When it starts bubbling cover the lid and cook for 4-5 whistles.
?When it cools down open the lid, add cream and cook again.
?Let the milk evaporates. Stir in between on slow/ medium flame.
?When the carrots become dough type , add 4-5 tbsp sugar
Sugar qty. depends on how sweet the carrots are. You can adjust the qty.
?Let the sugar melt and again evaporate all the water
?Add 1 sp ghee again
Garnish with almonds, kishmish and crushed elaichi?

Happy weekend❣️
