Gond(edible gum) ke Laddu / gunder na ladoo / vasana

Winters are incomplete without some traditional recipes!
One of them is ~ Gond ke Laddu (Sweet dish) – full of nuts n nutrients. They are rich in iron, protein and calcium. It is said that regular consumption of ‘Gond ke Laddu’ for several weeks rejuvenate the entire body by strengthening the bones, improving immunity and digestion.
Slowly roasted each n every ingredient to prepare laddu.. like edible gum (gond), dates(khajur), cashew, almonds, pistachio, melon seeds(magajtari) and dry coconut. I used atta(wheat flour) in the same way I make prasad ladoo , made muthiya out of it, fried and grinded coarsely.
Desi Ghee and gud ( jaggery) are used to bind the laddu. Adding dry ginger powder (sonth) and cardamom (elaichi) enhance taste.

Rich, delicious and wholesome sweet energy balls are everyone’s favourite in this chilling weather.❄️?
