Lebanese Platter:

Lebanese food is all about fresh herbs, focus lots on greens, parsley, mint, cucumber, radish etc. and wheat , semolina, meat and chicken as well.

They are so fussy about Olive oil.The olive oil is drizzled all around the dips.

✔️Muhammara means reddish, somethig which is red in colour.
✔️Muhammara , a Syrian red pepper and walnut dip; full of intense but balanced flavours
of savory, sweet, slightly smoky, and just enough spicy!

✔️Hummus n baba ganoush are pretty typical in mezze spread but muhammara is not very common.The ingredients are simple : roasted red peppers, walnuts, garlic, pomegranate molasses – but they come together to make such a bold, earthy and flavorful dip.

✔️Falafel are delicious balls of chickpea and herb goodness often served up as a part of Mezze.
Traditional falafel is made from ground chickpeas or fava beans, herbs and spices. The mixture is then formed into balls or patties and deep fried for a texture that’s crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Here the Falafel are shallow fried.

✔️Tzatziki is made simply with strained yogurt, drained cucumber, olive oil, fresh herbs (usually mint or dill), garlic, lemon juice and salt. It’s a refreshing chilled sauce, dip or spread.

✔️Tabouleh is a delicious middle Eastern salad or appetizer served with Pita bread or as a side dish.
The main ingredient is parsley and another
Core ingredient is Bulgur, crushed wheat, but i used couscous here.
Couscous is like a pasta; they are small granules.

Served with whole wheat Pita.
