Methi Malai Paneer:
Methi Malai Paneer is a creamy Indian curry made from fresh Fenugreek leaves (methi), chunks of Paneer (Indian cottage cheese), malai (cream) and spices.
This dish is one of the great variety of paneer dishes which has flavours of Fenugreek leaves, creaminess of malai, softness of paneer; they all come together to make luscious lip smacking sabji.
The basic ingredients of the gravy are onion, tomato, cashews and a blend of spices, especially Fenugreek leaves/ methi.
Methi Malai Paneer is loved by everyone and it goes well with Indian flatbreads.
I served with homemade whole wheat tava Naan and onion slices.
