Rajasthani special – Gatte ki sabji.?️
Whenever I need to add one gravy dish with dry sabji, I prepare this delicious one – gatte ki sabji.
There are many tasty spicy sabji in Rajasthani food without using vegetables.
Some trials and experience made me expert in making – ‘Gatte’ which are soft and melting in mouth.Gatte is made of besan/ chickpea flour, spices like red chilli, ajwain, dry coriander, haldi.
Well, instead of oil I used shuddh desi ghee to make the dough, so that it became super soft.
The gravy is neither too thick nor very thin, I made it from lots of fresh curd, chopped onion, tomato puree, ginger, garlic, spices.?️?And ‘Marwadi’ flavour of Sauf/funnelseeds and dry coriander.??
