Turiya Patra Nu Shaak –
A popular Gujarati delicacy made of
Patra/ Arbi Leaves / Taro Leaves in rest of the Asia. prepared in a authentic way. Sweet, Spicy & Sour paste which is made of Besan / Bengal Gram flour, Jaggery, Ground Spices, Lemon Juice is applied on each leaf, rolled and cooked with Turayi / Ridge Gourd.
I’ve put half batch of Patra rolls in a steamer for steaming and the rest cooked with Turayi.
When steamed patra gets cooled down, it is cut them in slices, sprinkled dry coconut, sesame seeds on the top and pour row oil over it without hesitating to enjoy the real taste of this traditional food.
It can be served with Puri, Phoolka, Chapaati, Paratha.?☘️
